How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Administrator

    Cardiff Gate, Cardiff

    Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and qualifications

    Our client, one of South Wales' most respected and long-established independent accountancy and financial services firms, is now recruiting for an Administrator to join their growing Financial Planning team based at Cardiff Gate.

    You will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and ensuring the smooth delivery of a high-quality service to clients. This is a varied and fast-paced position that would suit an organised and detail-oriented individual with administration previous experience within a professional services environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers

    Preparing client documentation, reports and meeting packs

    Processing new business applications and maintaining accurate client records

    Liaising with providers, clients and third parties to obtain information and progress cases

    Managing correspondence and handling client queries in a professional manner

    Supporting the ongoing review process and ensuring compliance requirements are met

    Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring data accuracy

    About You

    Previous experience in a professional or financial services administration role

    Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

    Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

    Financial services qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential
