How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Panel Beater

    Location: Nottingham

    Salary: £44,000 Basic | OTE £75,000+

    Pay: £21.00 per hour + Time Saved Bonus paid at £21.00 per hour

    About the Role

    Clear Automotive Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading Accident Repair Groups. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Panel Beater to join their Nottingham site.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Panel Beater looking to maximise earnings with generous repair times and a realistic bonus structure.

    Your Responsibilities

    Repair and replace damaged body panels
    Strip and refit vehicle bodywork
    Carry out chassis and jig repairs where required
    Panel straightening and filler work
    Replace quarter panels and structural components
    Welding and bonding
    Complete repairs to manufacturer and BS10125 standards
    Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standardWhat We're Looking For

    Previous experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician
    Experience within an Accident Repair Centre or Bodyshop
    ATA, IMI Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 preferred but not essential
    Good understanding of manufacturer repair methods
    Strong attention to detail and qualityInterested?
