As the business continues to grow, they're looking for a Surveyor to become a key part of the next chapter.
The Role
* Undertake Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys
* Diagnose building defects and provide expert advice to homeowners
* Deliver domestic project work including refurbishments and extensions
* Manage contract administration duties from inception to completion
* Advise on Party Wall matters and neighbourly issues
* Support and mentor more junior colleagues as the team grows
What They're Looking For
* Strong experience carrying out residential surveys
* Excellent knowledge of residential construction and building pathology
* Experience of domestic project work and contract administration
* A client-focused, commercially minded and personable approach
* Party Wall, valuations or Principal Designer experience would be advantageous
