Are you an experienced Quality & Compliance professional with a background in the security, fire, or electronic security sectors?
Our client is a growing and highly respected organisation seeking a Group Quality & Compliance Manager to lead and develop compliance, quality assurance, and accreditation programmes across multiple UK sites.
This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the business maintains the highest standards of compliance, operational excellence, and regulatory adherence while supporting future growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the company's compliance and quality management systems.
* Maintain key accreditations including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, SSAIB, BAFE, and related industry standards.
* Coordinate and manage internal and external audits across the business.
* Conduct site audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments.
* Ensure policies, procedures, and controls remain current and compliant with industry regulations.
* Support operational teams in driving continuous improvement and best practice.
* Provide compliance expertise for client tenders, proposals, and contract documentation.
* Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, ensuring the business remains fully compliant.
* Promote a strong compliance, quality, and governance culture throughout the organisation.
About You
You will have:
✔ Experience within the security, fire, or electronic security industry
✔ Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ideally ISO 14001 and ISO 27001
✔ Understanding of BS 5839 and relevant compliance frameworks
✔ Experience managing audits, accreditations, and quality systems across multiple locations
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
✔ A proactive, solutions-focused approach to compliance and risk management
