What you'll be doing
Supporting learning by working closely with class teachers to deliver high‑quality teaching and learning
Providing targeted SEN support for individuals and small groups
Creating an inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported and ready to learn
Developing communication and social skills through positive interaction and encouragement
Contributing to assessments and monitoring pupil progress
Promoting positive behaviour and upholding the school's values and ethos⭐ Who we're looking for
Experience of working with children - ideally of a primary age range or in an SEN setting
A caring, patient approach and a genuine passion for supporting children
Strong communication and teamwork
Proactive and flexible with the confidence to use your initiative.
