CNC Operator

Position: CNC Operator
Location: West Bromwich
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + company bonus

Bennett and Game are currently partnering with a specialist Engineering company who are expanding and looking for estbalished CNC professional to join their West Bromwich location.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture a variety of sealing products in plastic and rubber materials to required quality standards and deadlines.
Set, operate, and adjust CNC lathe machinery.
Create, load, and modify CNC programs.
Carry out self‑inspection and final inspection of machined components.
Ensure all parts are produced to drawing specifications and tolerances.
Plan and schedule work effectively.
Manage stock levels and support inventory control.
Support general workshop activities as needed.
Requirements

Skilled machinist with experience working with Fanuc and/or Siemens controls.
Strong engineering background with the ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings and work instructions.
Competent in using precision measuring equipment (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
Computer literate and confident with digital workflows.
Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
