Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and contractual amendments.
Support and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR systems.
Process employee documentation and correspondence in a timely manner.
Ensure all personnel records are managed confidentially and in accordance with GDPR requirements.Compliance & Right to Work
Conduct Right to Work checks in line with UKVI regulations and internal procedures.
Ensure employee documentation complies with UK employment legislation.
Maintain organised and audit-ready personnel files.
Support compliance and contribute to internal and external audit requirements.HR Systems & Reporting
Maintain and update HR databases, including Employment Hero (EH).
Produce employment-related letters and documentation as required.
Support data reporting and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR records.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies.Recruitment Administration Support
Assist the Talent Acquisition team when required with offer documentation and support pre-employment checks, including references and DBS checks where applicable.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an HR Administration, Recruitment Administration, or similar administrative role.
Experience managing high-volume administrative workloads with excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of Right to Work requirements and HR compliance processes.
Experience using HRIS/ATS platforms, ideally Employment Hero.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
The ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.Desirable Qualifications
CIPD Level 3 qualification (or currently working towards).
