THE ROLE
As a Mobile SMART Repair Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs at customer locations, dealerships, and fleet sites, ensuring every repair is completed efficiently and to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
·Carry out SMART repairs including paintwork, bumper scuffs, scratches, stone chips, and alloy wheel repairs
·Prepare vehicles and panels for refinishing using approved repair techniques
·Mix and apply paint to achieve high-quality colour matches and finishes
·Complete polishing, blending, and finishing work to manufacturer standards
·Travel to customer sites while delivering excellent customer service
·Maintain your mobile repair equipment and ensure your vehicle is fully stocked
·Accurately complete repair documentation and job records
·Ensure all work complies with health and safety procedures and company quality standards

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a self-motivated and customer-focused SMART Repair Technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional repairs and outstanding service.
·Previous experience as a Mobile SMART Repair Technician or SMART Repairer
·Strong knowledge of cosmetic vehicle repair techniques and paint refinishing
·Experience repairing scratches, dents, bumper damage, alloy wheels, and minor paint defects
·Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
·Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
·Strong communication and customer service skills
·Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
·ATA Accreditation advantageous but not essential
