In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing supplier relationships and ensuring operational excellence across the Defence Estate.

The Role
As the Partner Manager, you’ll:

Manage end-to-end relationships with service partners, ensuring effective onboarding and performance.
Develop collaborative partnerships to support consistent service delivery across the business.
Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs, driving improvements and ensuring value for money.
Support commercial and budget management activities, providing insights into supplier performance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.  

You
To be successful in the role of Partner Manager, you’ll bring:

Experience in procurement, commercial management, or supplier relationship management.
Strong understanding of supply chain management and contract performance.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Proficiency in managing tender processes and supplier evaluations.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
