We are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofer to join a busy and growing Responsive Repairs Team covering the Perranporth area.

This is a permanent position offering long-term job security, a company van, and the opportunity to work with a well-established organisation delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of roofing repairs and maintenance works across residential properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Typical duties will include:

* General roofing repairs and maintenance.

* Replacing damaged tiles and slates.

* Repairing roof leaks and weather-related damage.

* Guttering, fascia, and soffit repairs.

* Inspecting roofs and identifying repair requirements.

* Delivering excellent customer service when working within occupied properties.

Requirements

* Proven experience within the roofing industry.

* Experience carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works.

* NVQ in Roofing desirable but not essential.

* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

* Full UK Driving Licence.

* Strong health and safety awareness.

* Good communication and customer service skills.
