How you will contribute to transforming the smart energy network and shaping the future
In this role, you will:
Own end-to-end supplier performance management, ensuring clear visibility of performance, risk, spend and customer outcomes
Lead supplier governance and forums, delivering structured, insight-led updates to senior stakeholders, including C-suite audiences
Build trusted, influential relationships with suppliers, internal teams, customers and industry stakeholders
Identify underperformance and drive robust improvement plans that deliver measurable and sustainable results
Collaborate across the organisation to reduce risk, enhance service delivery and optimise cost across a complex supply chain
What you need to bring
We’re looking for someone who combines strong relationship management with commercial awareness and resilience:
Proven experience managing complex supplier, vendor or stakeholder relationships, ideally in a multi-supplier or regulated environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders confidently
Strong understanding of performance management, governance or contract management frameworks
Commercial acumen, with the ability to balance cost, performance and risk to drive value
High levels of resilience, adaptability and judgement, with the confidence to navigate complexity and challenge constructively
