Are you an organised, proactive office professional who loves keeping things running smoothly?

We’re looking for a Facilities Coordinator to take ownership of day-to-day operations in a busy, friendly office. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the go-to person ensuring the workplace is safe, compliant and operating efficiently.

Coordinating contractors and services

Supporting staff and maintaining a smooth, welcoming environment

We’re looking for someone who:

✔ Has experience in office management or senior admin roles
✔ Is highly organised and confident multitasking
✔ Communicates well and builds positive relationships
✔ Stays calm under pressure
✔ Is proactive and solutions-focused

Initially 100% office-based during induction, with some flexibility possible later. There is potential for the role to transfer permanently later in the year (with possible increase in hours).
