Painter & Decorator

Our client, a well-established painting and decorating company based in Bracknell, Berkshire, is seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join their dedicated team. This role encompasses a wide range of painting and decorating tasks, including internal and external work, glossing, emulsion, and comprehensive preparation. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes that meet the company’s standards of excellence. To succeed, you must be committed to precision and professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction on every project. You will be expected to work efficiently, uphold safety standards, and maintain your tools in excellent condition to achieve optimal results.

Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator, with a strong portfolio of completed projects

CSCS card and Full 5 Point PPE are essential for site access and safety compliance

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential

A comprehensive painting tool kit, including brushes, rollers, scuttles, extensions, scrapers, and whites (overalls)

Ability to carry out all aspects of painting and decorating work with attention to detail

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
