What you’ll be doing
* Coordinating customer projects from order through to delivery
* Managing timelines, milestones and progress updates
* Turning customer requirements into clear production actions
* Working closely with design, production, quality and logistics
* Spotting delays early and helping resolve issues before they escalate
* Running customer updates and internal progress reviews
* Keeping documentation, order tracking and reporting accurate
* Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
What we’re looking for
* Experience in manufacturing, production, supply chain or order management
* Someone who loves organising, planning and keeping things moving
* Confident communicator who can work with both customers and factory teams
* Able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
* Calm, solutions‑focused and great with detail
* Familiar with ERP or project management tools
