Estates Assistant

We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Estate Assistant to join a dedicated team maintaining welcoming, safe, and well-kept communities across Crawley.This is more than just a maintenance role - it's about creating environments residents are proud to call home.
What you'll be doing:
Every day will be varied and active, you'll be:

Maintaining grounds and gardens (lawns, shrubs, planting and upkeep)
Keeping communal indoor areas clean, safe and presentable
Identifying and reporting issues like repairs, fly-tipping, and graffiti
Working closely with residents, colleagues, and contractors
Helping ensure estates are well-maintained, safe, and welcomingWhat we're looking for:
We want someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys making a visible impact. You'll bring:

Experience in grounds maintenance or gardening
Knowledge of plant care, lawn maintenance, and outdoor upkeep
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
A customer-focused approach and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of Health & Safety and PPE
