What You'll Be Doing
Taking projects through all stages from initial brief to completion, with full technical ownership
Producing detailed construction drawings and specifications
Running construction projects on site across all RIBA stages (1–7)
Attending new client meetings and playing an active role in business development and practice growth
Carrying out contract administration and site management on small to medium residential schemes
Working alongside the wider team, external consultants and clients to keep projects moving on programme and within budget
Contributing to design team meetings and client liaison throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 5 years' Architectural Technology experience gained within UK practice
Strong working knowledge of UK planning processes and building control requirements, particularly for domestic projects
Proven ability to deliver across all RIBA stages, including contract administration and site-based delivery
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD — both are essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you'll be client-facing and working closely with a small, collaborative team
A proactive and adaptable approach, comfortable taking on a broad range of responsibilities within a smaller studio setting
Valid UK driving licence
Full eligibility to work in the UK
