Oversee the project management office (PMO) functions within the finance workstreams.
Develop and implement project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with best practices.
Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with financial and strategic goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project priorities and resource allocation.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective issue resolution.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO processes.
