The Role
You will provide administrative and secretarial support within a busy regional office, ensuring members and representatives receive a high level of service.
Key duties include:
Handling membership queries and processing applications and updates
Maintaining databases and producing reports using Word and Excel
Supporting with meeting arrangements and minute taking
Managing correspondence, calls, and general office administration
Supporting benefits administration and basic financial processing (e.g. cash handling, banking)About You
Previous office or administrative experience
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills (advanced level desirable)
Good communication and organisational skills
Able to manage workload and meet deadlines
Accurate, reliable, and able to handle confidential informationApply
