Are you a Head of Field Service or National Service Manager with a proven track record of leading field-based engineering teams and delivering operational excellence on a national scale?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation in a strategic leadership role where you will oversee a national field service operation, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction and business growth.
In this role, you will lead Field Operations Managers and regional engineering teams, ensuring service targets, operational KPIs and business objectives are achieved. You will play a key role in developing the field service function, improving performance and supporting the delivery of major operational programmes.

The Role:
Lead a nationwide field service and engineering operation
Manage Field Operations Managers and regional engineering teams
Drive service performance, operational KPIs and customer satisfaction
Support workforce planning, recruitment and continuous improvement initiatives
The Candidate:
Senior leadership experience within field service, engineering, operations, utilities or infrastructure environments
Experience managing large field-based engineering teams across multiple regions
Strong track record delivering SLA-driven service operations and operational improvements
Commercially aware with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
