Pay: £13.25 per hour
Hours: 5 days per week 08.45 to 17.00 with one late shift a week

Requirements
This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and two references.
The ideal candidate will have:
* The Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent or working towards this qualification
* Full UK Driving Licence
* At least one year’s experience working in a care environment
* Good people skills and computer literacy
Responsibilities
* Administer medication
* Providing emotional support for an individual
* Ensure the environment is homely, clean and safe
* Part of an on-call rota
* Ensure that people have access to primary healthcare and update care plans
* Working with other healthcare professionals to ensure that all support needs meet the highest possible standards
* Be tolerant, make every day count, have fun, have courage, always provide quality support and do all you can to help people achieve their goals
