How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    National Sales Account Manager
    HGV Curtain siders, Livery and Internal Load Restraints
    Remote based - UK

    Sapphire Curtains and Graphics is a leading commercial vehicle HGV curtain graphics and internal load restraints manufacturer and fitment specialist.

    We provide HGV vehicle fleet, curtain siders, livery, internal load restraints, branding and image design management services and have been delivering the customer service since 1988.

    Due to expansion, we are seeking a confident and commercially focused Account Manager to join our fleet sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring smooth project delivery.

    The Position:
    As a Sales Account Manager, you will manage a group of clients, making sure their fleet HGV curtain and branding needs are met smoothly and professionally. You will be the main link between the client and internal teams, focusing on building strong relationships, growing accounts, and increasing sales.

    You will manage every part of the project, you will keep an eye on progress to update your customer base, make sure everything runs on time and meets expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Serve as a contact for assigned accounts, building long-term relationships and trust.
    • Understand client needs and translate them into commercially viable branding solutions.
    • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.
    • Liaise with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to spec.
    • Monitor account performance, client feedback, and project milestones.
    • Attend client meetings and site visits to maintain strong engagement.
    • Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients across various sectors.
    • Target new customers through prospecting activity including cold calling, social media and networking.
    • Convert new opportunities using all available sales tools.
    • Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders.
    • Identifying opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
    • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
    • Representing the business at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
    • Meeting and exceeding sales targets with a consultative, customer-first approach.
    • Achieve planned sales targets and strategies.

    What You Will Bring:
    • Experience within working within HGV Curtain siders, Livery and vehicle branding environment.
    • Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to grow accounts and close deals.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • A strategic mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and add value.
    • Comfortable overseeing project progress without needing to manage every detail.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic project tracking tools.
    • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Full UK driving licence.
