The Role
This position offers the chance to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a dementia care service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team performance.
Key aspects include:
Leading and developing a dedicated care team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care
* Overseeing care planning, medication management, and service quality
* Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements
* Building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
* Creating a positive, supportive, and high-performing culture
* Driving continuous improvement across the service
About You
* Experience in a Care Manager, Deputy Manager, or senior care leadership role
* NVQ Level 4/5 or willingness to work towards it
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and compliance
* A confident leader who can motivate, support, and develop teams
* Passion for delivering high-quality dementia care
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A compassionate, person-centred approach
