Production Warehouse Operative

Industrious Recruitment are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Milton Keynes. This role involves picking, packing, and dispatching automotive parts, with some elements of heavy lifting involved.
You’ll be working as part of a fast-paced and supportive warehouse team, ensuring that all orders are accurately fulfilled and dispatched on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing automotive parts accurately and efficiently
* Preparing and dispatching customer orders
* Handling incoming and outgoing stock
* Performing quality checks on parts and packaging
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Assisting with stock movement and replenishment
* Using handheld scanners and basic warehouse systems
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and occasional heavy lifting
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Able to work to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication skills
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience working with automotive parts or in a similar industry
