Your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and cleaning surfaces before coating
* Operating powder coating equipment with precision
* Monitoring curing ovens to ensure quality finishes
* Conducting quality checks to meet client specifications
* Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
* Assisting with stock and materials handling
* Reporting any issues promptly to keep production flowing
