As the Experienced Gardener, your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out professional garden maintenance, including mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, pruning, weeding, and seasonal garden care.
* Maintaining lawns to a high standard, including scarification, aeration, and top dressing.
* Working alongside a team of gardeners and supporting apprentices when required.
* Delivering work to a consistently high standard with excellent attention to detail.
* Communicating professionally with clients and colleagues.
* Following health and safety procedures and safe working practices at all times.
The successful candidate will have:
* NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture, Landscaping, or equivalent practical experience.
* Proven experience in garden maintenance or grounds care.
* Good plant knowledge and a passion for horticulture.
* Experience using professional gardening equipment.
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
* Full UK driving licence (essential); trailer licence advantageous.
* The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
This is a full-time, site-based role in Yarnfield, Staffordshire, working across Staffordshire and surrounding areas. Hours are Monday to Friday with an early morning 6.45am start.
