How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

They’re responsible for preparing the foundations of the entire site: designing and constructing cut‑off walls, retaining structures, soil improvements and more. Using advanced geotechnical engineering and world‑class construction technologies, this is a rare opportunity to contribute to a national project that will shape the UK’s clean‑energy future.

    The Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support and coordinate recruitment activity across the project.

This role is ideal for someone highly organised, data-driven, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

    What You'll Be Doing

    * Recruitment Coordination & Tracking: Track all live vacancies, applicants and hiring progress across the project, maintaining accurate data to support reporting, workforce planning and decision-making.

    * Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communications, vacancy management and recruitment inbox queries.

    * Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and analyse recruitment data, producing regular updates on pipeline, progress, risks and timelines to support project delivery.

    * Candidate Experience & Onboarding Support: Ensure a smooth candidate journey through timely communication and coordination.

    What We’re Looking For

    * Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or high-volume hiring environments

    * Experience within construction, engineering, or project-based environments

    * Highly organised with strong attention to detail

    * Confident managing recruitment data

    * Strong administrative and coordination skills

    * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders

    * Able to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

    * Strong IT skills, including Excel and applicant tracking systems such as Teamtailor

    Why Join The Team

When you join the world’s largest specialist geotechnical contractor, you’re part of an international community of over 10,000 experts, based in 31 countries around the world. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to prestigious, ground-breaking projects, using the very latest tools and technology to solve complex problems, constantly learn new skills and take your career in any direction.

As well as being part of a landmark project and working in a collaborative alliance environment, we offer:

    * Enhanced Sick Pay (after probation)
