Location: Croydon, supporting three additional stores in the surrounding area
Salary: £16,500 + bonus potential of around £1,000 per year

Driving licence: Preferred but not essential, as local transport links are good

The Role

As a Supervisor, you will lead by example, ensuring the store delivers an outstanding customer experience every day. You will support the day-to-day running of the Croydon base store while also providing cover and support across three additional stores in the local area when required.

Working Hours

22 hours per week, working 3 out of 7 days between Monday and Sunday. Store opening hours are 9am to 6pm.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and elevate customer service standards.
Ensure company and brand standards are consistently met.
Follow all health and safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Support the achievement of store and company KPIs.
Assist with the day-to-day running of the Croydon base store.
Provide support across three additional stores around the Croydon area when required.
Lead by example and help create a positive, customer-focused store environment.About You

Enthusiastic and energetic, with a passion for delivering great service.
Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, leisure or another service-focused environment.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to use quieter trading periods productively.
Comfortable supporting multiple stores around the Croydon area.
