How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Refrigeration Engineer

    £40,000 - £45,000 (OTE +£55,000) + Training + Door to Door Pay + Van + Overtime + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits

    Are you an engineer from a Refrigeration, Ventilation or HVAC background looking to join a well-established market-leading business offering door to door pay and overtime rates?

    On offer is an exciting opportunity with full industry training provided in a permanent role with a company who are renowned for looking after their staff.

    This industry-leading company provide their prestigious list of accredited clients with specialist refrigeration products and services. They work with clients in the environmental, aerospace and commercial sectors.

    In this mobile role you will be responsible for installing, servicing and calibrating this companies specialist refrigeration products which full training will be provided for. Further progression to roles such as Area or Project Managers is available down the line.

    This role will be ideal for an engineer with Refrigeration or HVAC experience looking to take the next step in their career with an industry leading company offering door to door and overtime pay with training and progression opportunities available.
