Pro Staff Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of occupied apartment blocks in Birmingham.
The Role
* Managing all subcontractors on site
* Monitoring stock and material levels
* Managing programmes and project deadlines
* Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring high standards are maintained
* Maintaining health & safety standards on site
* Liaising with the project team and reporting on progress
Requirements
* Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS & First Aid
* Previous experience managing refurbishment projects
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme targets
