Salary: £25,500 – £26,500 per annum
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Working pattern: Full time, permanent | Monday – Thursday 8:15–16:45, Friday 8:15–15:30

The role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packer to join our warehouse team. You will play a hands-on role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately packed and dispatched to the right standard — helping us maintain the quality our customers around the world have come to expect.
What you'll be doing
• Packing and preparing orders for shipment to domestic and international customers
• Operating a forklift truck within the warehouse
• Operating the guillotine as required
• Supporting and assisting machine operators on the production floor
• Reporting any discrepancies, defects, or quality concerns promptly
• Keeping your work area clean, safe, and well organised
What you'll bring
• A valid forklift truck licence (essential)
• Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role within a factory or manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a reliable, punctual approach to work
• A willingness to pick up new skills and work effectively as part of a team
