MEP Quantity Surveyor - Dublin

We are supporting a leading construction contractor on the appointment of an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a major project team in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering large-scale data centre projects, working as part of an established commercial team.

Responsibilities
Measure work packages from drawings and prepare package pricing
Manage project budgets and cost reporting
Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations and final accounts
Prepare monthly valuations and commercial reports
Manage client and subcontractor communications
Attend commercial and subcontractor meetings
Manage contractual notices, claims and change control
Support commercial delivery throughout the project lifecycleRequirements
8+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience managing MEP packages is preferred
Data centre, mission-critical or large-scale construction experience is advantageousWhat's on Offer
