Location: Aiskew, North Yorkshire
Salary: £65,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonuses
Hours: Full time

Career Makers are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a luxury, modern nursing home in Aiskew. Known for delivering outstanding person-centred care, this well-established service needs a strong leader to drive continued success and support a stable, dedicated care team.

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:

· Lead the overall running of the nursing home, ensuring safe, effective, person-centred care delivery.

· Ensure full CQC compliance, managing audits, inspections, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.

· Recruit, supervise, and develop staff, driving performance, accountability, and team development.

· Manage budgets, occupancy levels, and resources to ensure financial and operational efficiency.

· Drive continuous improvement, implementing action plans and improving quality standards and resident outcomes.

Requirements as a Registered Manager:

· Proven experience managing a nursing home, with a strong track record of operational leadership and compliance.

· Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN (preferred but not essential).
