This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the Midlands, delivering both pre and post-contract cost consultancy services from RIBA Stage 1 through to post-completion while benefiting from a structured APC programme and a clearly defined progression pathway all the way to Partner level.

The Role
As a Project Surveyor, you will play a key client-facing role, delivering cost consultancy services across multiple projects throughout the Midlands.
You will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, attending project meetings, supporting project delivery, and ensuring commercial objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre and post-contract cost consultancy services
* Manage projects from RIBA Stage 1 through to post-completion
* Undertake measurements and cost planning activities
* Build and maintain strong client and contractor relationships
* Attend and lead project meetings
* Support commercial management and project delivery
About You Essential Requirements
* Surveying background
* Experience delivering projects from inception through to completion
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Desirable Experience
* MRICS qualified or currently working towards APC
* Consultancy experience
* Experience within a consultancy or professional practice environment
Experience with the following would be advantageous:
* CostX
* BIM
* Revit
Working Pattern
* Monday to Friday- 08:30 – 17:00 - 1-hour lunch break
* Hybrid working arrangement
* 4 days per week in the Birmingham office + 1 sday WFH
* Site visits across the Midlands as projects require
