Are you an Approved Electrician looking for a mobile maintenance role with a leading Facilities Management provider?
We're recruiting a Maintenance Electrician to join a growing FM team covering commercial sites across the Central Belt. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering a competitive salary, company vehicle, and long-term career development.
The Role
As a Maintenance Electrician, you'll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a diverse portfolio of client sites.
Key duties will include:
ā Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
ā Responding to reactive maintenance and breakdowns
ā Fault finding and diagnosing electrical issues
ā Undertaking minor electrical installations and repairs
ā Emergency lighting maintenance and testing
ā Ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations
ā Completing maintenance reports and compliance documentation
ā Building positive relationships with clients and site teams
ā Participation in the on-call rota when required
About You
Essential
ā Approved Electrician
ā SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
ā 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
ā Previous experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, or Commercial Maintenance
ā Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
ā Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable
ā City & Guilds 2391, 2394 or 2395 Testing & Inspection
ā Experience carrying out electrical testing and inspection
ā Previous experience in a mobile engineering role
