How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Micromobility Coordinator. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising an extensive e-bike network.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee operational and financial aspects of the e-bike network
    Administer and audit financial performance, including fee collection and revenue management
    Maintain daily operational oversight of Mobility Data Specification (MDS) platforms
    Monitor and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and geofenced parameters
    Track and audit contractual social value commitments, ensuring compliance with the London Living Wage
    Chair quarterly accessibility roundtables and update the Equalities Impact Assessment action plan
    Brief internal teams on infrastructure requirements, ensuring alignment with the London Cycling Design Standards (LCDS)
    Act as an expert consultee for Development Control team regarding micromobility integration

    Job Requirements:

    Experience in commercial contract management within local government, transport, or a regulatory environment
    Understanding of highways safety, equalities act (EQIA processes), and social value auditing
    Proficiency in using live data dashboards, API feeds, or Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
    Ability to act as a robust client-side manager, holding operators accountable to SLAs and financial caps
    Exceptional stakeholder navigation, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
    Highly analytical mindset with excellent decision-making abilities based on complex data analysis
    Resilience to remain data-driven and objective in politically sensitive contexts
