Are you an experienced Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in your career?
Looking for a management role where people matter as much as paperwork?
Are you a seasoned Registered Manager who holds a Valid NMC registration, who knows their CQC from their KPI, or a talented Deputy Manager ready to swap the passenger seat for the driver's seat?
If you're passionate about delivering outstanding care, leading from the front, and creating a home where residents and staff genuinely enjoy being, we'd love to hear from you.
We're a friendly, family-orientated 25-bedded Nursing Home where kindness isn't just a value on a poster—it's how we work every day. We believe exceptional care starts with a supported and valued team, and we're proud of our positive culture, approachable leadership, and commitment to doing things the right way.
What you'll bring:
* A passion for high-quality elderly care
* Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude
* The ability to inspire, support and develop a team
* A commitment to continuous improvement and excellent standards
* A sense of humour (because some days require one!)
Whether you're already registered or looking to take that next step, we'll provide support with Registered Manager registration where needed.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (with a proper one-hour lunch break!)
* One Saturday per month with time off in lieu
* Flexibility to support the service and handle the occasional unexpected challenge that comes with care home life
Why Join Us?
Because we're small enough for your ideas to make a real difference, but ambitious enough to keep moving forward. You'll be joining a supportive team that genuinely cares about residents, colleagues and creating a place we're all proud of.
Benefits Include:
* Competitive salary of £45,000–£60,000 dependent on experience, plus performance-related bonuses
* Company pension scheme
* Free hot lunch whilst on duty
* On-site parking
* 5.6 weeks annual leave (including bank holidays)
* Ongoing professional development and training
* Support with Registered Manager registration
* Opportunity to shape and develop the service
* Supportive ownership team and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse/Deputy Manager
