My client is a leading precision manufacturing business seeking an experienced Quality Manager to take ownership of their Quality Management System and drive quality excellence across a high-mix CNC machining environment.
You will have a strong background in quality engineering within a CNC machining, precision engineering, aerospace, automotive or advanced manufacturing environment.
Essential Experience
* Experience managing quality systems within a precision manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of PPAP, APQP, Control Plans, PFMEA, MSA and process capability studies
* Expert understanding of GD&T and metrology techniques
* Hands-on experience with CMMs and precision inspection equipment
* Proven track record leading customer quality activities and quality improvement projects
* Strong understanding of SPC and statistical analysis
* Experience conducting root cause investigations and implementing permanent corrective actions
* Audit experience within ISO 9001-regulated environments
