Key Responsibilities
* Breaking down and preparing beef, pork, lamb, and poultry
* Producing high-quality cuts to customer specifications
* Maintaining excellent knife skills and productivity levels
* Following food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
* Working efficiently as part of a production team
Requirements
* Previous experience as a butcher working with multiple species
* Strong knife skills and carcass breakdown experience
* Good understanding of food safety and hygiene procedures
* Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
