The Company

We are currently working with a leading brand who have sites across the UK. They are looking for a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis to support a couple of their sites local to Wellingborough Northamptonshire.

What you will be responsible for?

Build a strong relationship with the site key stakeholders, supporting them on operational HR activities day to day.
Support on ER case work, 1st line advice and minute taking in complex case meetings including compiling case management packs.
Management of elements of HR administration - contracts, offer letters and reference requests etc.
Partner with the TA team on additional recruitment activities.
Assist with various HR projects including management coaching and succession planning.

What do we need from you?

The successful candidate will have:

Ability to turn your hand to everything and anything within the world of HR - this role is really varied and completely generalist
Previous experience operating as a HR Advisor with an understanding and exposure to ER case work
Ideally previous experience within a commercial and fast paced environment.
Ideally qualified to CIPD level 5 or QBE
