An exciting specialist contractor delivering sports and structural projects across the UK and internationally is looking to strengthen its commercial team with the appointment of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor.

The Role
Working from the South Mids office and alongside project delivery teams, responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with commercial management of projects
* Cost reporting and forecasting
* Procurement and subcontract management
* Variations and change management
* Valuations and applications
* Final account support
* Client and supplier liaison
* Commercial support on UK and overseas projects
What We're Looking For
* Assistant QS, Quantity Surveyor or Project QS level experience
* Construction background essential
* Sports, leisure, structural steel or specialist contractor experience advantageous
* Ambitious, proactive and willing to learn
* Comfortable working within a smaller business environment
* Prepared to roll sleeves up and get involved
* Interest in overseas travel and international projects
* Strong communication and organisational skills
