How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Primary Teacher – Doncaster
    £120–£200 per day | Flexible Work | September start

    Vision for Education are looking to recruit passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers to support a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Doncaster and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic educators seeking flexible teaching opportunities while making a meaningful impact in the classroom.

    About the Role

    As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils in their academic and personal development. You may work across a variety of schools and year groups, giving you the opportunity to experience different learning environments.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum

    Creating a positive, engaging classroom environment

    Supporting pupils of varying abilities and learning needs

    Managing classroom behaviour effectively

    Assessing pupil progress and providing feedback to staff and leadership

    Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment

    About You

    We are looking for enthusiastic teachers who are passionate about inspiring young learners.

    Ideally, you will have:

    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

    Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting

    A strong understanding of the primary national curriculum

    Excellent communication and classroom management skills

    A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare

    A driving licence or reliable access to transport (preferred)
