A Top Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Family Paralegal to join their Family Department on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working following the successful completion of the probationary period.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist and support solicitors and partners within the Family and Child Law team.
* Manage caseloads covering child and separation matters.
* Preparation of bundles and other court documentation.
* Liaise with clients, Courts, and other fee earners.
* Provide assistance to Counsel where required.
* Manage Legal Help forms efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Family Law Paralegal.
* Demonstrable interest in child law matters.
* Care proceedings experience is essential.
* Legal Aid experience is required.
* Eagerness to develop and expand existing skillset.
* Law degree with a minimum of 2:1 classification.
