The Role
The successful candidate will:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5
* Inspire students to develop a deeper understanding of the world around them
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Monitor and assess student progress effectively
* Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent outcomes for all learners
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour, engagement, and achievement
The Ideal Candidate
The school is looking for someone who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has a passion for Geography and education
* Can motivate and inspire students of all abilities
* Demonstrates excellent classroom practice
* Has strong communication and organisational skills
* Is committed to continuous professional development
