This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team delivering engaging Beauty programmes across Levels 1–3 in modern salon environments with real clients.
The Role You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Beauty programmes, helping learners develop the practical skills, knowledge and confidence they need to succeed within the industry. You'll create an inclusive and engaging learning environment while supporting learners to achieve their full potential through both practical and theory-based sessions. Teaching may include some evening delivery as part of the 37-hour working week.
Essential Requirements
Experienced Lecturer in Beauty
Recent industry experience within the Beauty sector
Qualified to Level 3 in Beauty
PGCE, DTLLS or Certificate in Education
Assessors' Award (or willingness to complete)

Passionate about developing future beauty professionals
An excellent communicator with strong classroom management skills
Able to motivate and inspire learners from a range of backgrounds
Committed to safeguarding, equality and high-quality teaching standards
