Supply Desk are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants and Nursery Nurses to join a warm, supportive and high‑achieving Nursery in Bognor Regis.

Your Role
Provide high‑quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 4 years
Support children’s emotional, social and cognitive development
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, stimulating learning environment
Maintain accurate records of each child’s progress and development
What You Will Need
Relevent experience of working in a nursery
Experience working in small groups and assessing progress
A genuine passion for early years development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A thorough understanding of safeguarding practices
