SRG are seeking a detail-oriented Hub Labeling Manager to support regulatory labeling activities across multiple markets with a leading pharmaceutical company. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to compliance, digital innovation, and cross-functional collaboration within a global regulatory environment.
Fluency in English, French, and German is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain regulatory labeling documents (LPDs, LLDs, PLDs) in line with internal procedures and external requirements.
Develop and compile submission-ready labeling documentation, including annotated labels, change histories, and comparison tables.
Manage labeling systems and workflows, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
Perform quality control (QC) reviews of labeling outputs to ensure compliance and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regulatory expertise to support submissions and responses to regulatory authorities.
Contribute to process improvements, digital initiatives, and the adoption of new tools and technologies for labeling activities.Skills & Experience Required
Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or equivalent professional experience.
Fluency in English, French, and German (written and spoken) is required.
Strong understanding of regulatory labeling principles and applicable local/global guidelines.
Experience working with structured data and systems (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, document management tools).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
