Recruitment Consultant

Talentmark are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful STEM-focused organisation in our Stevenage office.  This role would be suited to someone with a background of 1 – 2 years in a recruitment role. Whilst some understanding of the scientific or engineering industry would be helpful, we are much more focused on finding the right person - we can coach the rest. We are an innovative and forward-thinking recruitment company and are proud to work with the world’s top scientific organisations.   Responsibilities: You will be working with our Key Accounts in the pharmaceutical and chemicals sector. 
Sourcing quality candidates for our key clients for contract roles
Development of long-standing relationships with our contractors.
Management of the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing.
Providing well-briefed and well-matched candidates to our clients via online applicant tracking portals.At Talentmark we are proud to share that we have a dedicated back-office team that supports with all onboarding administration, allowing you to remain customer-facing.   Salary:  Up to £27,500 per annum plus commission. We offer a competitive base salary based on relevant experience.  In addition, we provide an excellent uncapped commission structure where success is both recognised and rewarded.   Benefits:
