Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate
Previous experience supporting children or young people is advantageous
Understanding of SEND and a genuine interest in supporting pupils with additional needs
Patient, encouraging, and adaptable approach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
Comfortable working as part of a wider support team
