How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Role Purpose

    The Learning & Development Manager will design and implement a robust training architecture that supports technical excellence and compliance within the FM and Engineering environment. This role ensures our Management teams, engineers, contract support, helpdesk teams, and service partners have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service while meeting industry standards and client expectations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop a comprehensive L&D framework tailored to FM and engineering operations.

    Align training programs with compliance requirements, health & safety standards, and technical certifications.

    Manage and optimize the LMS platform for technical and soft skills training.

    Ensure accurate data imports, course tracking, and reporting for audits and client reviews

    Conduct skill gap assessments for engineering teams and FM service staff.

    Build structured development plans to support career progression and technical competency.

    Work closely with the People Director & Head of Talent Acquisition to align L&D initiatives with recruitment and retention strategies.

    Partner with operational managers to ensure training meets client contract requirements and SLA commitments.

    Analyze training data to measure effectiveness and compliance.

    Provide insights to improve KPIs, SLAs, and workforce capability.

    Introduce new learning technologies and methods for technical training

    Support implementation of best practices and future-focused initiatives in FM and engineering training.

    Skills & Experience

    Proven experience in L&D management within Facilities Management or Engineering sectors.

    Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and digital learning tools.

    Understanding of compliance frameworks, technical certifications, and health & safety standards.

    Ability to design and deliver impactful training programs for technical and operational roles.

    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
