We're recruiting for an experienced ICT Design Engineer to join a leading international data centre contractor delivering some of Europe's largest hyperscale projects.
This role will focus on developing and reviewing ICT designs during the pre-construction phase while supporting construction teams through to commissioning and project handover.
Responsibilities
* Develop and review ICT design packages from concept through to construction.
* Review consultant drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
* Support bid and tender activities.
* Coordinate with MEP, CSA and Electronic Security design teams.
* Ensure designs comply with client standards, industry regulations and best practices.
* Support construction teams by resolving design queries and conducting site inspections.
* Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and vendors.
* Manage project documentation including shop drawings, red-line drawings and as-built documentation.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in ICT, Engineering or a related discipline.
* 5+ years' experience in ICT systems design.
* Experience delivering large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects.
* Strong understanding of structured cabling, network infrastructure and ICT systems.
* Experience with Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
* Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
